In mid to late November the forest puts on its white winter coat. Pack up your skis, snowshoes or snowmobiles and come enjoy the hundreds of miles of groomed trails and unplowed forestry roads.

Aside from the resort and a few private lots, Crooked Lake is surrounded by national forest. With seven miles of shoreline and consisting of 250 acres, Crooked Lake gives you plenty of opportunity to explore.
